Fees & Payment

From 1 January 2026

After School Care:

• $30.00 p/day per child for regular After School Care (3-6pm) 
• If a child is picked up AFTER 6:00, caregivers will be charged $25.00 per quarter hour or part thereof for overtime.
• We require 2 weeks notice to avoid any charges in case of absence. Please contact us via e-mail or phone if your child will not be attending.

Holiday Programme: 

• All ages (5-13): $66.00 p/day per child.
• Trip days: $10.00 extra p/day per child
• Half days: $53.00 per child
  

Please note, cancellation fees apply for all programmes. 

Invoices:

Invoices are sent two weeks in advance of attendance. Payment is expected within seven days of the invoice date.
